Boris Bilic (he/him) has been an active filmmaker and actor in Vancouver and Los Angeles for over a decade. He has written and directed numerous award-winning shorts, including Crisis: A Documentary About Essential Workers (Best Documentary - QIFF), No Surprises (Best Actress in an Indie Film, Best Original Story - Festigious), and Dumps (Best Actor, Best Dark Comedy, Best Supporting Actress - LAFA), which was called “undeniably beautiful” by Shorted Films and a “poignant”, “colourful description of a panicking mind” by Indie Shorts Magazine.
Boris is also one of the founding members of Alchemy Theatre, a Vancouver-based Shakespeare and theatre troupe, which has performed shows across the Lower Mainland since 2014.
Additionally, Boris is the co-founder and Artistic Director of Wayfinder Studios, a company aimed at helping actors film professional-grade scenes for their demo reels and casting profiles.
He is theatrically and commercially represented in Vancouver by Jenn Andrusco at The Characters Talent Agency.
